Educate and consult: Show property and maintenance teams how spot repairs save time and money versus replacement. Book demos and close work: Schedule demos, create work orders, and secure repeat business and referrals. Document and follow the playbook: Follow our step-by-step outreach cadence, log activity in the CRM, and hit weekly metrics.
