You will play a key role in project coordination, cost management, scheduling, and client communication, working closely with field teams and leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to grow within a collaborative environment while gaining increasing leadership responsibility.\nKey ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Execution\nSupport or lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout (based on experience)\nCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient execution\nDevelop and manage project plans, logistics, and workflows\nMonitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays\nBudget & Financial Management\nTrack and manage project budgets, cost reports, and change orders\nAssist with or own project forecasting and cost control\nSupport or lead project buyout and procurement processes\nReview subcontractor agreements and manage project financial performance\nSchedule Management\nDevelop and maintain project schedules and key milestones\nCoordinate with field teams to ensure alignment between schedule and execution\nIdentify delays and implement corrective actions\nDocumentation & Contract Administration\nOversee RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders\nEnsure timely and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle\nReview project plans, specifications, and agreements\nClient & Stakeholder Communication\nCommunicate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams\nParticipate in or lead project meetings and provide updates\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships\nTeam Collaboration & Leadership\nWork closely with Project Engineers and Superintendents to align office and field operations\nProvide mentorship and guidance to junior staff (for more experienced candidates)\nFoster a collaborative and accountable team environment\nQuality, Safety & Compliance\nEnsure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements\nSupport compliance with contracts, regulations, and company policies\nIdentify risks and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n2–10+ years of construction experience, depending on level\nStrong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation\nExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nTechnical Requirements\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel for budgeting and reporting)\nExperience with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam)\nFamiliarity with scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project)\nUnderstanding of contract documents and cost control systems\nGrowth & Development\nWe are committed to supporting your career growth by providing:\nOpportunities to take on increasing project ownership\nMentorship from experienced leadership\nOngoing training in industry-standard tools\nWhy Join Us?\nThis role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact project success.
