Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.\nYou will be mainly accountable for:\nLeading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.\nMonitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.\nIdentifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.\nDriving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.\nQualifications for the role:\nBachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years experience managing complex technical and or system implementation projects.\nDirect experience in data centers, critical facilities, or heavy industrial power distribution environments with a strong understanding of electrical power systems\nProven track record managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholders for high value large scale projects.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences.\nPreferred Experience Includes: Engineering Degree – Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP Certifications – Proficiency in project management tools and methodology such as Monday.com – Low Voltage A/C or Synchronous Motor experience.\nWillingness and ability to travel to project sites (10-20% travel).\nCandidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.\nMore about us:\nABB’s NEMA Motors Division is the global leading electric NEMA motors manufacturer.
