Key ResponsibilitiesSeeking experienced Senior Survey Party Chiefs to join our elite field operations team.If you're a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and mentoring others, we want to meet you.Our work spans commercial, municipal, residential, construction, and reality capture sectors-and we equip our teams with the latest tools and technology to deliver exceptional results.Lead 1-2 person field crews on a variety of projects: Boundary, Topographic, ALTA, Construction Staking, and moreInterpret plans, legal documents, and staking reports with clarity and confidenceEnsure accurate and timely data collection using Trimble equipment and internal software systemsTrain and mentor junior crew members, promoting high standards of quality and professionalismMaintain thorough field notes and communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and internal teamsMinimum Qualifications3+ years of land surveying field experience (leadership experience preferred)Proficient with Trimble equipment and Trimble Access workflowsValid driver's license with a clean recordAbility to work outdoors in all conditions and lift 50+ lbsStrong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindsetPreferred ExperienceExperience with boundary, topographic, ALTA surveys, and/or construction layout/site workFamiliarity with Trimble surveying equipmentExperience operating drones for surveying or reality capture; FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay + overtime opportunitiesHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance (includes 100% employer-paid options)401(k) with company contributionPaid time off, holiday pay, and sick daysVoluntary Life InsuranceEmployer-paid Career, Leadership, and Management Training, offering clear advancement opportunities
