They are seeking a Program Manager to lead the Real Warriors Campaign, overseeing daily operations, managing a cross-functional team, and ensuring compliance and success of the initiative.Responsibilities:• Lead all aspects of project execution, including planning, implementation, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring• Serve as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders, including the COR and CO• Oversee daily operations, deliverables, and performance across communications, outreach, evaluation, and stakeholder engagement• Ensure compliance with key personnel requirements and facilitate timely staffing transitions, if needed• Lead reporting activities, including monthly progress reports and quarterly content reviews• Apply continuous quality improvement practices and project management methodologies to meet contract goals• Manage administrative and operational tasks to support campaign continuity and success• Other relevant duties as assigned, trained, and qualified to performQualifications:Required:• Minimum Education required: Bachelor’s degree, plus at least 5 years of experience managing contracts, including 2 years supporting nationwide public health or behavior change campaigns• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder engagement• Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines• Demonstrated understanding of public health campaigns and operational support in a federal contracting environment• Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearancePreferred:• Experience managing psychological health or suicide prevention campaigns• Prior experience supporting DoD or military mental health initiatives• PMP certificationCompany:Bixal is an internet company that provides communication and technology solutions.
