Placement will occur ASAP.Position ResponsibilitiesResponsible for branch performance, including customer service, warehousing, maintenance, and customer relationsAssist customers with orders, quotes, changes, and returns; Accurately respond to requests via phone, email, and sales counterCoordinate with Sales Representatives to establish and maintain stocking levels that meet local customer requirementsAssist with the resolution of escalated customer and service issuesSupervisory responsibility for branch team members, including hiring, training, performance management, etc.Plan and organize the team's tasks & work responsibilities to achieve goals and objectivesUnderstand, support, and communicate company objectives, policies, and procedures to branch staffAct as a backup for all positions within the branch when necessaryAdvise team members and customers on e-commerce servicesOther duties as assignedRequired ExperienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:Ability to quickly build relationships with employees and customersInside Sales and/or Warehouse Supervisory experienceExcellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are requiredCustomer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer-focused companyAbility to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goalsProficient use of a Windows computer, Microsoft Office & TeamsPhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbsMust be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and liftPhysically capable & willing to operate a forklift (we will provide training)The Most Qualified Candidates Will HaveExperience using ERP softwareKnowledge of cutting tools & machine shop suppliesSupervisory experience in a B2B sales environmentThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
