Supervisor in City of Industry, CA!\nJob title: DSD Shipping Supervisor\nJob location: City of Industry, CA\nSchedule: Mon-Fri | 1st Shift\nPay range: $60,000–$65,000\nJob description:\nSupervise daily DSD shipping activities and personnel.\nEnsure customer orders are picked, palletized, staged, loaded, and shipped accurately and on schedule.\nCoordinate daily shipping schedules with transportation, warehouse, and customer service teams.\nMonitor workflow and allocate labor resources to meet operational demands.\nEnsure compliance with all company SOPs and shipping procedures.\nCoordinate outbound shipments with carriers and transportation providers.\nVerify shipping documentation, bills of lading, manifests, and load sheets.\nEnsure route sequencing aligns with delivery schedules and customer requirements.\nMonitor trailer utilization and loading efficiency.\nResolve shipment discrepancies and transportation issues.\nInvestigate and resolve shipping-related inventory discrepancies.\nStay informed about store delivery requirements and constraints.\nRequirements:\n3–5 years of warehouse/logistics/distribution experience\nSupervisory experience in shipping or warehouse operations\nKnowledge of DSD operations, transportation coordination, inventory control, and DOT compliance.\nExperience with WMS and Excel\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly
