The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Aerospace & Defense environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $116,500 – $177,500 annuallyResponsibilities Review contract terms and ensure compliance during project implementation Manage quality, cost control, and business relations across awarded task orders Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines and enforce change control processes Prepare forecasts for manpower and non-labor resources, assisting in planning efforts Track and report on performance and variances across various contract typesQualifications Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of project control experience; OR Master's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Cobra, and Unanet Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current Secret security clearance Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skillsBenefits Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401K plan with company matching contributions Flexible 9/80 work schedule allowing for long weekends Paid holiday shutdown, providing additional time offOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
