Our seasoned solution architects offer comprehensive IT knowledge and industry insights when crafting solutions for customers and partners. Solution Architects are ultimately responsible for architecting cloud and data transformation solutions that enable customer and partner success.\nKey responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nWorking closely with customers and partners to ensure successful solution delivery of Alibaba Cloud services and vertical data solutions, focusing on industries including Internet, manufacturing, digital marketing and media, retail, hospitality, etc.\nAs a technical thought leader, evangelizing and helping customers and partners understand the technical and business benefits of Alibaba Cloud services and vertical data solutions.\nUnderstanding the unique requirements of customers and partners, and providing appropriate technical cloud solutions and architecture designs based on Alibaba Cloud services and vertical data solutions.\nHave a breadth of industry expertise and challenge the status quo to bring innovation, ideation, and spark divergent thinking within accounts.\nClearly demonstrates the Delivery Resources and the Account team drives return on investment (ROI) for customers and partners whilst aligning to Alibaba's goals.\nEngage with C-level executives to build solid biz cases for vertical-based digital transformation.\nProviding assistance to customers and partners to migrate their existing IT systems onto Alibaba Cloud.\nResponsible for demo development and testing Alibaba Cloud services and vertical data solutions when necessary.\nAccumulate knowledge documentation such as universal cloud architecture templates, best practices, and cases for the segmented fields/scenarios.\nProvide presentations, evangelism, and empowerment training for sales teams and eco-partners.\nAbstract and summarize product requirements and defects in segmented fields, promote product improvement, new product projects, and major functions launch, enhance product competitiveness.\nPosition Requirements\nYears Experience: 5+ primarily in a client-facing role, with a strong technical background: large-scale distributed architecture, cloud, cloud-native, big data, vertical-based digital transformation, AI/ML, etc.\nFully mobile, often visiting our clients for meetings and workshops.\nAbility to quickly grasp customer/partner strategic business objectives to articulate an engagement plan that addresses these objectives.\nAbility to impact and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to drive business results.\nStrong technical background, with experience in technical consulting, development, and deployment.\nHands-on experience with Cloud Native architecture: Container, Kubernetes, DevOps.\nProven consulting and technical background with in-depth, hands-on customer delivery experience in cloud computing.\nFamiliarity with any of the major public cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).\nBachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.\nGood communication skills, a good team player, and a professional attitude to work.\nAble to work under high pressure, a quick learner with a passion for cloud technology. Able to think strategically about businesses, products, and technical challenges.\nExcellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
