In addition, you will accrue up to 40 hours of vacation.\nJob Prerequisites\nMUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL\nOSHA 30 certificate\nAbility to follow company standards\nMust be a United States Citizen and be able to pass a Government Security Check\nStrong communications skills, verbal and written\nStrong organizational skills\nProficiency in prioritizing and deadline management\nAbility to plan, prepare, and analyze documents\nAbility to write submittals, RFI’s and work plans.\nMonitor all materials to ensure items match submittals and be prepared to reject.\nAbility to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients\nEligibility for employment in the United States and have the ability to pass a Federal Government background security check.\nPlan, direct, inspect and supervise all work on project site.\nCreate a culture for safety and quality and enforce all requirements.\nCoordinate with the Project Manager prior to the start of the project to understand bid proposal and contract buyout for subcontractors.\nUnderstand the budget process.\nAssist the Project Manager and Project Scheduler in the development and maintenance of the project schedule. Develop and enforce short interval schedule.
