This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in growth environments and knows how to translate vision into disciplined execution within a private equity-backed or growth-stage environments.This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to our Chief Operating Officer (COO).What You Will DoStrategic Planning, Execution & GrowthDevelop and execute strategic plans that align with company strategy and financial goalsPartner with the COO to design and implement the infrastructure organization design, process maturity, and technology enablement required to scaleImplement data-driven performance management through dashboards and KPIs, driving accountability for outcomesServe as a thought partner to the senior leadership team on performance management, operating rhythm, and investment prioritiesFinancial ManagementOwn and deliver on P&L, revenue, gross margin and EBITDA targetsOversee budgeting, forecasting and financial discipline to ensure financial health and profitabilityProvide regular financial and operational updates and performance reports to the senior leadership team via Monthly Operating Reviews and other meansRevenue Cycle Management OperationsOversee day-to-day RCM operations to ensure productivity, quality, client and employee engagement outcomes meet or exceed expectationsImplement data-driven performance management through dashboards and KPIs, driving accountability for outcomesContinuously identify areas for process improvements and opportunities to scale the business unit and implement changes to enhance overall performanceCustomer Satisfaction & Relationship ManagementChampion customer satisfaction and retention across all clients.Anticipate and proactively address churn risksBuild senior-level relationships with key accounts and represent the division in executive-sponsor programsPeople & CultureBuild and lead a team that combines operational rigor with customer focusDefine the org structure, success profiles, and development plans required for scaleFoster a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvementDevelop next-generation leaders and drive engagement across the divisionSales & MarketingPartner with sales and marketing to develop and implement strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract new customersProvide subject-matter expertise during sales pursuits and renewalsOther duties as assigned or required by the business What it takes to join the team8 to 10+ years of progressive RCM experience, specifically within the SNF industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or GM role.Proven success owning and growing a $10M+ P&L within a PE-backed or growth-stage environmentExperience designing and implementing scalable operating models and automation-enabled processesStrong understanding of Skilled Nursing reimbursement systems, payer policies, and revenue cycle KPIsExperience working with an offshore business model and global partnersAbility to function well in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and at times stressful environment.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.Bachelor's degree required; Master's a plusSalary Range$225,000-$275,000 USDCompensation for this role is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs.
