This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing impactful learning solutions that enhance employee performance and support business objectives. US based candidates only required.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nDesign and develop engaging learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise\nBuild and manage learning programs, including onboarding, technical training, and leadership development\nAdminister and maintain LMS/LXP platforms (e.g., Percipio), including course setup, user management, and learning paths\nCollaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver effective solutions\nAnalyze learning data and generate reports to measure effectiveness, engagement, and ROI\nCreate dashboards and provide insights to improve learning outcomes and align with business goals\nEnsure content quality, consistency, and alignment with adult learning principles\nStay current with industry trends and emerging learning technologies\n\nSkills and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education, or related field\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development or Instructional Design\nStrong hands-on experience with Percipio (Skillsoft) and Articulate Storyline/Rise\nExperience administering LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors)\nProven ability to design and deliver digital learning solutions\nExperience with learning analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools\nStrong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills\n\nWage Range:\nThe rate for this position is between $23.25 - $31.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher.
