This role is ideal for a hands-on, technically strong program leader who can operate across multiple engineering disciplines, manage shifting priorities, and drive projects from concept through production release.\r\nThe ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional engineering teams, customers, vendors, and manufacturing partners to deliver high-performance semiconductor test solutions. This individual should be highly organized, technically credible, customer-facing, and capable of leading complex programs involving electrical, mechanical, thermal, software, automation, and systems engineering.\r\nKey Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, development, validation, and release of complex semiconductor test systems, including system components, subassemblies, and production-ready solutions.\r\nTranslate customer and product requirements into clear technical objectives, project plans, timelines, deliverables, budgets, success criteria, and execution strategies.\r\nCoordinate cross-functional engineering teams across thermal, mechanical, electrical, software, systems, and manufacturing disciplines to drive program execution, technical reviews, and customer communication.\r\nIdentify risks, resolve technical issues, analyze test and reliability data, drive root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support compliance with safety and regulatory standards.\r\nSupport technical proposals, supplier evaluations, statements of work, process improvements, documentation, DFM/DFT initiatives, and new business development efforts.\r\nRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
