Reviewing and evaluating current processes and solutions and bringing up new ways that technology can help the operations. Come put your mark on how we run fulfillment. This position combines the proactive development of ideas and the overall support of the fulfillment operations.ResponsibilitiesOversee all technology in the Fulfillment Centers (Scanners, Printers, Wi-Fi)Bring new technology ideas to the table and run Proof of Concepts with other team members (robots, RFID)Develop technology forecasting plans for warehouse equipmentDevelop vendor relationships for support and future technological needsCreate and maintain technical support procedures and documentationProvide onsite support in Kansas and remote support for warehouses in FL, MA and NVTake part in the 24x7 on-call rotationSkills/KnowledgeFulfillment Hardware: handheld scanners, printers, barcode readersAndroid OS / Mobile Device ManagementNetworkingWi-Fi and Wireless Site Survey; EkahauCCNA is a plusMicrosoftM365/O365Entra IDIntunePowerShellEducationAS or BS or equivalent experience; and 4 plus years related help desk or fulfillment experience.Please note: This job description is not all inclusive, but rather is intended to capture the majority of the job functions.Employment Type: Full TimeYears Experience: 3 - 5 yearsBonus/Commission: No
