This role assists with framing, assembling, and installing roof components according to specifications, while maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, and production efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesFrame roofs on assembly tables from sheetrock through roof sheathingBuild dormers and assemble prebuilt roof componentsConstruct and attach completed roof systems to wall assembliesInspect materials and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standardsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirementsInstall insulation systems and vapor barriers as requiredFollow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as fall protectionParticipate in cross-training opportunities across departments to support workforce flexibility and skill developmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaPerform additional duties as assigned based on production needsQualifications & ExperienceRequired:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and understand blueprints and purchase ordersBasic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipmentStrong attention to detail and order accuracyAbility to perform physical labor for extended periods of timeAbility to use basic math and measuring devices to calculate dimensionsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to lift up to 80 pounds consistently and safelyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWork Environment & Physical RequirementsManufacturing environment with occasional exposure to moving mechanical partsModerate noise levels; hearing protection may be requiredFrequent exposure to fumes, airborne particles, vibration, and mechanical equipmentRequired use of safety glasses and other PPE in designated areasAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsRegular lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of materials up to 80 poundsRequires manual dexterity, multi-limb coordination, and physical staminaClimate-controlled indoor work environmentScheduleFull-time positionMonday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.Evening hours may be required based on production demandsTravel is not expected for this roleWhy Join This Team?A mission-driven culture dedicated to economic advancement and community impactGuided by strong NATIVE values and tribal-owned purposeCareer stability and opportunities across diverse industriesA collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growthOur Commitment to DiversityDynamic Homes, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
