To think and act in alignment with our Creator.Job DescriptionIn this position, you will be assisting the Install Manager with scheduling installations and its all-around logistics. You may also perform clerical tasks, answer phones, and help around other office staff as needed.Key Competencies and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in the construction or home services industry (Preferred)Strong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareKnowledge of backup power systems is a plus, but not requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportationDuties and Responsibilities:Assist the Install Manager in coordinating installation schedules and logisticsCommunicate with customers to schedule installation datesConfirm correct equipment and permits are in place prior to installationMaintain accurate and organized installation records and ensure all required documentation is completedUpdate and maintain customer database with installation and service informationCommunicate with customers to schedule routine maintenance and repairsAssist in ordering warranty/repair parts and filing warranties with GeneracFollow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concernsProvide administrative support to the Install Manager as neededREQUIREDMandatory On-Call Availability during Storm Season Team Collaboration & Cross-Department SupportWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
