As an Electrical Tester, you will be an integral part of our success and growth. As the Electrical Tester, you are responsible for performing electrical functionality tests on control panels, programming of control boards and VFD drives/loading of PLC programs, and more.\r\n2nd shift opportunities available.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\nInspect and perform electrical functionality testing on control panels per documentation\r\nPerform programming of control boards and VFD drives/loading of PLC programs\r\nRework and/or repair of faulty components / circuits\r\nPerform low and high voltage wiring as needed\r\nIdentify opportunities for improvement based on inspection and test results\r\nVerification and confirm software\r\nComplete quality control documentation and problem resolution logs\r\nRead, understand, and utilize various engineering and manufacturing documents including bills of materials, assembly drawings, assembly instructions, wiring schematics and diagrams\r\nBegin to develop electrical troubleshooting aptitude\r\nIdentify and relay errors to co-workers in a professional manner\r\nEnsure all changes are documented properly and turned in for corrections\r\nMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area\r\nIdentify and assist in process improvement measures and assist in 5S Lean activities\r\nAssist in establishing and implementing best work practices\r\n\r\nEducation | Experience\r\n\r\n2 years electrical technical training or in process of Associates/equivalent (preferred)\r\n2+ years electrical testing experience (preferred)\r\nExperience working in an 5S, ISO environment (preferred)\r\n\r\nAbilities | Skills\r\n\r\nGreat math, computer (Microsoft Office) and communication skills\r\nHigh motivation level, ability to multi-task and work well independently as well as with others\r\nStrong attention to detail, organization, safety awareness and time management skills\r\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics / diagrams required\r\nVisual acuity (wire color and small print on wire) with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English\r\n\r\nCompensation & Benefits:\r\n\r\nCompetitive Hourly Pay :$24.50-$28.00 DOE\r\nComprehensive Benefits Package:\r\nMedical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, Life Insurance, Disability, ADD, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Floating Holidays, ESST.\r\n\r\nDisclaimer\r\nThis job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the position and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities, or working conditions associated with the position.
