This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and analytical mindset to solve complex engineering challenges while contributing to our commitment to operational excellence and innovation.\n\nJob Description\n\nOperate and Maintain Test Equipment:\n\nUtilize HP4062/4073 testers with EG2080, EG4090, and TEL Precio XL probers, leveraging custom RMB code.\n\nWork with HP8753 and Cascade full-temperature probers using HP IC-CAP software.\n\nManage Agilent B1500 with a manual probe station.\n\nUtilize miscellaneous test equipment, including HP4145, oscilloscopes, curve tracers, and pulse generators.\n\nInventory Management:\n\nHandle wafer inventory from previous silicon wafers.\n\nMeasurement Tasks:\n\nPerform measurements on package parts.\n\nConduct transient manual measurements, such as Gate charge and Reverse recovery.\n\nGenerate Bond Diagrams for packages.\n\nDesign and order test boards.\n\nQualifications\n\nEducational Background:\n\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent.\n\nExperience:\n\nA minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in analog circuits and semiconductor device characterization.\n\nLayout Skills:\n\nExperience in semiconductor layout using tools like Cadence Virtuoso, LEdit, or a willingness to learn.\n\nTechnical Proficiency:\n\nFamiliarity with Unix systems.\n\nLab Equipment Skills:\n\nProficiency in using various electronic lab equipment, including but not limited to:\n\nAutomated probers\n\nSemiconductor parameter analyzers (SPA)\n\nSource measure units (SMU)\n\nS-parameter systems\n\nCurve Tracers\n\nOscilloscopes\n\nPulse Generators\n\nPower Supplies\n\nHands-On Experience:\n\nDemonstrated experience in breadboarding and building experimental circuits.\n\nProgramming Abilities:\n\nSoftware programming experience, particularly in instrument control and automation.\n\nBonus Skills:\n\nKnowledge of RMB (HP Basic) is a significant plus.\n\nJoin Our Team: If you're passionate about technology development, possess the required skills and experience, and are ready to take on exciting challenges in the world of analog circuits and semiconductor device characterization, we'd love to have you on board.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nRenesas is an embedded semiconductor solution provider driven by its Purpose, To Make Our Lives Easier.
