Project Managers also supervise the activities of applications, mechanical, controls and field service engineers and contract labor force assigned to their projects. They may be asked to evaluate the skill sets of project team members and assign them to appropriate activities based on their skill level.\n\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\nMust be able to utilize scheduling software to establish baseline schedule and manage/monitor/update as appropriate. Must understand and manage utilizing critical path concepts.\n\nMust be able to manage financial budgets and make decisions with consideration of project budget.\n\nMust possess good communication skills to effectively communicate with customer, project team members and company management.\n\nMust possess good negotiation skills to reach agreement on and finalize project details.\n\nBS in Engineering or equivalent experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nResponsible for all areas of the project as required to meet performance, schedule and cost objectives.\n\nDirect system and subcomponent specifications.\n\nDevelop a detailed description of system operations.\n\nConduct project review and approval meetings with customer and component vendors.\n\nCoordinate system installation, start‑up, and sign off.\n\nCoordinate and provide system training.\n\nInitiate invoicing and collection of accounts receivable.\n\nWright Technical Services and our client are Equal Opportunity Employers.
