This role manages the entire sales cycle—from initial qualification through to closing the deal. Success in this position requires strong critical thinking skills, as the Account Executive will engage directly with customers and prospects through phone, video, and in-person meetings to understand their business and technical challenges, and strategically align AMCS solutions to meet those needs.ResponsibilitiesDrive Net New sales within an assigned territoryEstablish and execute a strategic business development plan for the assigned territoryManage and drive sales pipeline to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotaLead the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing sales, leveraging phone, video conferencing, and face-to-face meetingsCollaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams on new customer engagementWork with Technical and Delivery teams on solution demonstrations and identifying customer requirementsTrack and analyze sales activities in SalesforceOther responsibilities as neededSkills/RequirementsBachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of SaaS sales with a track record of exceeding revenue quotaProven success in closing deals through virtual and in-person interactionsSoftware SaaS quota-carrying experienceStrong experience in lead generation and cold-calling via multiple communication channelsAbility to clearly communicate complex technology concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences across phone, video, and in-person settingsExperience with Salesforce.comExcellent communication skills (active listening, written, verbal, and presentation)Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExperience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentWillingness to travel up to 20%
