We operate with the belief that growth happens through meaningful relationships, thoughtful planning, and an experience that feels personal, not transactional.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:\r\nPerforms the daily portfolio management functions including preparing, reviewing, submitting and next day reconciliation of trade requests.\r\nMaintains trading related system settings and reports in Orion Trading.\r\nMaintains firm-level and advisor-level models in Orion\r\nProvides ongoing portfolio review reports (e.g. weekly cash review, quarterly rebalancing and tax loss harvesting reviews) to Advisor teams.\r\nAssists with the development and documentation of the Trading team's policies and procedures.\r\nRegular participation in the Trading team's process revamps, automations and efficiency improvements.\r\nParticipates as needed in special projects to support the Trading team's goals and initiatives\r\nMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 1-3 years of experience in trading Orion trading experience preferred\r\nAnalytical skills and ability to use excel to handle large datasets\r\nHands on support\r\nIntellectual curiosity around investments\r\nPrioritization skills\r\nSelf-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic environment\r\nBachelor's degree required (preferably in Economics or Finance)\r\nSeries 65 preferred\r\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
