We value collaboration, respect, and innovation.Global Impact:See your craftsmanship travel the world aboard some of the most advanced vessels at sea.Learn more about who we are atwww.advantecmarine.com .The Role: Assembler / Glazier\r\nIn this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for thefinal assembly of high-quality marine products , including doors, windows, hatches, and port lights-both bare and coated.\r\nKey ResponsibilitiesAssemble products by installing gaskets, door hardware, and complete window systemsPerform final fit-up, finishing, and cleanupConduct final quality inspections, correcting or rejecting products as requiredCoordinate and train Level II Assemblers/GlaziersProvide feedback on current and upcoming projects to support continuous improvementWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED (additional vocational or fabrication training is an asset)2-3 years ' experience working with aluminum and/or stainless steel, including painted and unpainted products2-3 years ' experience using shop and hand tools (tape measure, air tools, drills, grinders, sanders)3-5 years ' experience in assembly and/or glazingStrong understanding of the build process with the ability to identify and resolve assembly issuesAdditional RequirementsSuccessful completion of a pre-employment drug testProof of U.S. citizenship or valid work authorizationThank you for considering a career withAdvanTec Marine .
