Expect a hands-on, fast-moving environment that stretches your skills and supports your growth.Can you say yes to these challenges?Run 3-, 4-, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal machining centers safely and effectivelyFollow the Process Routing Document (PRD) to the letter—inspect and record results clearlyTroubleshoot with supervisors, operators, and quality to solve machining or quality issuesPerform manual deburring, daily maintenance, and end-of-shift cleanupComplete all required reports and production paperwork without delayComply with our Quality Management System and protect company, customer, and supplier propertyWhen you’ll workSecond shift, Monday through Thursday4:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. on a four-day weekWhat you need to bring1–3 years of vertical/horizontal CNC milling experienceHigh school diploma or GEDBlueprint reading skills; comfort with calipers, height gauges, and micrometersExperience with drilling, milling, and tapping operationsInspection competence and solid basic mathMechanical aptitude and technical capacityEnglish language fluency (written and spoken)Equipment you’ll touchCNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)CNC Lathe (5+ axis)CNC Swiss LatheCAM SoftwareWhat we expect you’re proficient inMachine Setups for Production RunsWhy it’s worth itWe’re out to make a positive mark—on our industries and our communities.
