We uniquely do that by combining enterprise-grade hiring technology, AI-powered insights and automation, and connected talent experiences to help organizations improve hiring outcomes while driving measurable impact.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nCI/CD Pipeline Management\n\nBuild and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools\n\nSupport deployment processes across multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)\n\nImplement automated testing integration within deployment pipelines\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve build and deployment failures\n\nInfrastructure Automation\n\nDevelop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates\n\nAutomate provisioning and configuration of cloud resources\n\nImplement container deployment strategies using Docker and Kubernetes\n\nSupport migration from legacy deployment methods to modern practices\n\nDevelopment Support\n\nProvide tooling and automation to improve developer productivity\n\nMaintain development and staging environments\n\nSupport containerization of applications and services\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams on deployment requirements and optimization\n\nMonitoring & Operations\n\nImplement monitoring and alerting for deployment pipelines and infrastructure\n\nSupport capacity planning and resource optimization efforts\n\nParticipate in incident response for deployment-related issues\n\nDocument procedures and maintain runbooks for operational tasks\n\nQualifications:\n\n5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering\n\n3+ years of experience in DevOps\n\nHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS required, Azure preferred)\n\nStrong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)\n\nProficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)\n\nScripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages\n\nExperience with version control systems (Git) and branching strategies\n\nPreferred:\n\nExperience with Java applications and Spring Boot deployments\n\nKnowledge of database deployment and migration automation\n\nFamiliarity with monitoring tools (New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus)\n\nExperience with secrets management and security scanning tools\n\nUnderstanding of networking, load balancing, and CDN configurations\n\nEEO Statement:\n\nICIMS is a place where everyone belongs.
