I spent 13 years as a police officer before transitioning into the auto industry, where I finished as a general manager for Hyundai. While working as a used car manager, State Farm initially recruited me, and five years later I reached back out, ready to make the shift into agency ownership. I wanted the opportunity to build my own business, create my own culture, and invest in people the same way I always had as a leader. Our team currently includes two members, and were focused on growing the right way. I attended the University of Cincinnati for criminal justice before entering the police academy, and Im married with three daughters who keep life busy and full. Im a huge sports fan especially when it comes to the Bengals and I stay involved locally as a member of the chamber of commerce. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS:Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.Communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
