As a Fire Systems Install Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of electronic fire alarm solutions—overseeing installation teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.This is an opportunity to own the delivery process, develop high-performing teams, and make a visible impact in a critical, high-demand life safety industry.How You Will Make An ImpactLead high-performing installation teams – Provide direction, coaching, and development for technicians, installers, and technical support staffDeliver exceptional customer experience – Partner with Sales and customers to ensure requirements are met from kickoff through warranty, building long-term trustOwn operational execution – Oversee engineering support, submittals, scheduling, labor planning, procurement, and project timelines to ensure seamless deliveryDrive financial performance – Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure projects meet profitability targets while maintaining top-tier qualityEnsure flawless installations – Oversee all technical installation activities, including programming and system commissioning in compliance with codes and customer specificationsImprove productivity and performance – Establish clear metrics, optimize processes, and continuously elevate team effectivenessBuild and develop talent – Recruit, mentor, and retain top field talent while fostering a strong, collaborative team cultureChampion safety excellence – Lead a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all corporate and regulatory standardsEnsure compliance and quality – Maintain adherence to all codes, regulations, and company policies while driving best-in-class executionWhy This Role Stands OutLead critical life safety projects that make a real impactWork with advanced fire alarm technologies and complex installationsHigh visibility leadership role with direct influence on operations and resultsOpportunity to build, shape, and grow a strong field teamBacked by a respected industry leader with a strong pipeline of workRequiredWhat We’re Looking For8+ years of experience in fire alarm operations and field leadershipProven success managing teams, projects, and operational performanceStrong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and project profitabilityKnowledge of fire/life safety codes and regulationsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office toolsPreferredNICET Level III in Fire Alarm SystemsExperience in fire alarm installation leadership rolesAbility to interpret and manage construction contractsRelevant certifications or education in Fire & Life Safety, Electrical, or related fieldsLow Voltage licensing capability (GA/SC preferred)This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building teams, and wants to drive operational excellence in a mission-critical industry.HIRING SALARY RANGE: $130,000-$165,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
