This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment focused on efficiency, safety, and excellence in production.\nDuties\nSet up CNC machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other automated equipment using technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM software.\nOperate machinery such as press brake machines, stamping presses, fabrication tools, and fabrication equipment while adhering to safety protocols.\nConduct precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.\nPerform routine maintenance on CNC machinery and tooling to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.\nRead and interpret blueprints.\nHandle materials efficiently within the factory setting, including materials handling and packaging of finished products.\nCollaborate with assembly line teams for seamless integration of machined components into larger assemblies.\nMaintain detailed documentation of machining processes, quality control checks, and production reports.\nQualifications\nProven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, or related equipment within a manufacturing facility.\nMechanical aptitude with familiarity in tooling setup, fabrication techniques including welding when necessary.\nAbility to use hand tools like calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments accurately.\nBasic math skills essential for calculating dimensions and tolerances.\nExperience with factory safety standards and materials handling procedures.\nFamiliarity with GD&T principles for precise measurement and quality assurance.\nPrior warehouse experience or familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred.\nExcellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.
