A health facility in the Honokaa area is looking for a full-time kitchen helper to join their team. Hours Full-time, Various Shifts | Sunday to Saturday 5:00am - 1:30pm, 10:30am - 7:00pm, or 11:30am - 8:00pm, with 2 days off. Location Honokaa, Big Island Pay $24 an hour Responsibilities Assemble food trays and place them on carts. Assist with providing food service. Handle dishwashing duties including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Clean equipment and kitchen area. Unload supplies, stock, and label inventory. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Steel-toed shoes required (reimbursement up to $50 w/receipt of purchase available). Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred. Knowledge of raw and processed food preparation and cooking methods required. Willingness to learn and follow directions to ensure food is prepared and served properly. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required. Ability to lift up to 75lbs. TB clearance required.
