If the answer is yes, apply below!We are looking for a full time, outgoing, cheerful person for a Business Development Center position at Tim Moran Hyundai and Chevy in Hemet.We need focused team members who are quick learners, have good attendance and reliable transportation.Bilingual in English and Spanish; Previous BDC experience preferred.WE OFFER:Medical, Dental, & VisionLife InsuranceLong-Term & Short-Term disability401KPaid vacationPaid sick daysResponsibilities for Automotive Sales BDC Representative:Oversee incoming leads for sales departmentGenerate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customersAttract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internetContribute to high scores for the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index (CSI)Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internetCheck email frequently and respond to inquiries immediatelyResponsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up callsBe available to respond to phone AND email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken mannerMeet and exceed goals each monthly and quarterQualifications for Automotive Sales BDC Representative:Good verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to work full time with an open schedule, including weekends and eveningsProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookTime management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are requiredSelf-motivated and goal orientedAbility to hit sales quotas and closing percentagesMust be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employmentMust have a clean & valid driver's licensePrevious BDC experience a plusMust have a Sales licenseThis position is hourly plus commission.
