Brand Designer · NYC · $100k–$140k + equity Cal.com is looking for a Brand Designer to own how we show up visually across marketing, growth, and campaigns. This is a hands‐on role. You won't just design in Figma and pass things off; you'll ship: building landing pages, creating ad creatives, and iterating quickly based on performance. You'll work closely with founders and growth to turn rough ideas into live assets, often within the same week. This role is based in New York City, with an in‐office preference and flexibility for hybrid work. Responsibilities Design and ship landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing assets. Work directly in tools like Framer to launch and iterate quickly. Translate ideas, campaigns, and product features into clear visual concepts. Partner with growth to improve conversion across ads, pages, and funnels. Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across channels. Create assets for social, paid campaigns, and lifecycle marketing. Iterate based on performance data, not just taste. Qualifications Experience designing for marketing, growth, or product. Can move from idea to shipped asset quickly. Strong taste and know what good looks like. Comfortable working across landing pages, ads, and brand systems. Care about performance, not just aesthetics. Comfortable working from rough direction and figuring things out. Based in New York or open to being in-office regularly. Experience designing for SaaS or developer‐focused products.
