We are looking for a builder, problem solver, and operational leader who enjoys being close to the action, driving continuous improvement, and helping teams perform at a higher level.You will be responsible for the successful execution of customer orders from planning through shipment while improving the systems, processes, and workflows that support the business.The ideal candidate is equally comfortable on the factory floor, in an ERP system, reviewing production schedules, working with suppliers, and leading process improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Production & Manufacturing:Lead daily manufacturing operations and production executionEstablish and maintain an effective daily production cadenceMonitor production schedules, capacity, labor utilization, and workflowRemove obstacles that impact throughput, quality, or on-time deliveryDrive accountability and communication across the operationSupport quality and continuous improvement initiativesPlanning, Materials & Supply Chain:Oversee production planning and materials availabilityWork closely with purchasing and materials planning teamsImprove inventory management and inventory accuracySupport supplier performance and lead-time improvement effortsEnsure production schedules align with customer commitmentsProcess Improvement & Business Systems:Improve operational workflows and information flow across departmentsDrive better utilization of ERP and business systemsImprove BOM accuracy, routing accuracy, and production data integrityIdentify and implement process improvements that reduce cost and increase efficiencySupport development of scalable operational processes as the business growsTeam Leadership:Lead and develop production and operational personnelFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementBuild strong working relationships across production, engineering, customer service, and salesPromote a positive, hands-on, problem-solving environmentQualifications:5+ years of manufacturing, operations, production, or supply chain leadership experienceExperience managing production teams in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operationsExperience working with ERP/MRP systemsDemonstrated ability to improve processes, workflows, and operational performanceStrong organizational and communication skillsHands-on leadership style with a willingness to engage directly in operational challengesPreferred:Experience in electronics manufacturing, LED lighting, electromechanical products, or related industriesExperience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologiesFamiliarity with manufacturing engineering and product introduction processesWhat Success Looks Like:Within your first year, you will help drive:Improved on-time delivery performanceBetter production scheduling and executionIncreased inventory accuracy and controlFaster operational decision-makingImproved ERP discipline and data qualityReduced waste and inefficienciesHigher productivity and operational consistencyWhy Join LEDdynamics?This is an opportunity to make a visible impact within a growing technology and manufacturing company.You will work alongside experienced engineers, product developers, and business leaders while helping shape the future of a company known for innovation in LED technology and lighting systems.
