Wealthspire Advisors LLC, Fiducient Advisors LLC, Wealthspire Retirement, LLC, dba Wealthspire Retirement Advisory, and certain other affiliates are separately registered investment advisers.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProvide support to Advisors in all areas of financial planning.\n\nInitiate and field client calls on various items (e.g., strategy ideas, account specific questions, portfolio inquiries, etc.).\n\nCreate proposals for prospective clients.\n\nCreate and/or update financial plans for clients.\nPrepare materials for client meetings; work with other internal teams to ensure client meetings are prepared for thoroughly and accurately.\n\nAttend client meetings and manage/complete all meeting follow-up activities.\n\nLiaise with client’s attorneys and accountants as needed.\n\nMonitor portfolios and maintain portfolio target allocations. Rebalance portfolios as needed.\n\nAssist with client data consolidation and maintenance as needed.\n\nAssist with special projects as required.\n\nQualifications\n\nOne to four years of relevant experience.\n\nCompleted or pursuing CFP®, CFA or JD.\n\nSeries 65 strongly preferred or able to successfully complete within 90 days of employment.\n\nBachelors’ degree or higher from an accredited university; major in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, or law preferred.\n\nContinuously exhibits personal integrity and professional initiative.\n\nReliable, follows through on commitments, self-starter when it comes to new challenges.\n\nMust be organized, detail-oriented and able to manage and prioritize tasks.\n\nDemonstrates a commitment to accuracy by delivering high quality work.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\n\nCollaborative and able to work effectively with others.\n\nDiversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Wealthspire\nWealthspire is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment that values diversity as a fundamental asset.
