With no required call, strong procedural demand, and a clinic and endoscopy center designed to work seamlessly together, this role offers the kind of setup that makes day-to-day practice smoother and more sustainable.Practice Details:Outpatient-only GI role supported by two inpatient gastroenterologistsTwo experienced APPs functioning independently to support clinic flowClinic and outpatient endoscopy center co-located for maximum efficiencyProcedure mix includes screening and diagnostic colonoscopy, EGD, and manometry interpretationOlympus 190 scopes and the Provation platform in placeSchedule:Choice of a four- or five-day workweekNo required callClinic days average 18-21 patientsProcedural days average 12-15 casesEPIC EMR with voice dictation via DAX or DragonCompensation & Benefits:Base salary of $750,000 plus wRVU bonus structureGenerous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,00033 days of PTO, 10 CME days, and $5,000 CME allowanceMalpractice coverage with tail, plus full health and retirement benefitsCandidate Requirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible in GastroenterologyComfortable in a procedure-forward outpatient practiceInterest in long-term practice stability and autonomyAbout the Community:This community offers an affordable cost of living, strong public schools, and a welcoming environment for families.
