Job Title: Associate Director, HR – WHQ Technology Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Job Type: Contract Position Overview:The Associate Director, HR will serve as a strategic partner to senior Finance leadership, driving the development and execution of people strategies aligned with business objectives. This role requires a highly influential HR leader with strong business acumen, capable of advising executives on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning in a global, matrixed environment.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR LeadershipDevelop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational performanceAct as a trusted advisor to senior Finance leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and workforce strategyTalent Management & DevelopmentLead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership developmentFacilitate global talent reviews, identifying successors and development plans for key Finance rolesBuild and manage succession pipelines for critical positions such as Controllers, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Internal AuditOrganizational EffectivenessLead organizational design and restructuring initiatives to optimize efficiency and performanceDrive change management efforts to support business transformation and minimize disruptionGlobal HRBP GovernanceEstablish and lead a global HRBP forum to align priorities and ensure consistent execution across regionsImplement governance frameworks for talent reviews, performance management, and mobility processesEmployee Experience & EngagementDevelop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and inclusionPartner with leadership to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environmentBuild global engagement initiatives such as town halls, learning programs, and recognition frameworksRequired Qualifications:8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting senior leaders in a global organizationProven experience partnering with senior Finance executives as a strategic HR advisorStrong expertise in talent management, succession planning, and organizational developmentDemonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive transformation using data-driven insightsExperience working within complex, matrixed organizations across multiple regionsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAdditional Information:Interview Process: Multiple roundsInterview Type: Video and In-Person
