You should be comfortable commuting between both stores as needed to support business operations. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience by matching customers with the right products for their needs. You’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to lead, coach, and develop the team while remaining hands-on with installations and day-to-day operations.\nWhat You’ll Do\nKey Responsibilities\nSafety\nEnsure all installations are performed safely, accurately, and in accordance with company standards\nProperly use hand and power tools and ensure team members are trained on safe tool usage\nFollow safe lifting practices and ensure proper use of equipment when handling up to 50 lbs\nMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment\nEnforce safety protocols and immediately address unsafe behaviors or conditions\nPromote a culture of accountability and workplace safety within the team\nTeam Leadership\nSupervise, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and skills\nFoster open communication and address team concerns professionally\nAssist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees\nLead by example and uphold company values\nStore Operations\nOpen and close the store following operational and security procedures\nOversee cash management, deposits, and register balancing\nMaintain accurate records including invoices, receipts, and inventory transfers\nEnsure store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards are met\nCustomer Service\nProvide consultative sales support to deliver a 5-star customer experience\nProfessionally handle customer calls, inquiries, and concerns\nResolve complaints effectively and proactively\nMonitor feedback and implement improvements\nProduct Installation\nInstall bike racks, storage boxes, hitches, and other outdoor equipment safely and efficiently\nEnsure installations meet company standards\nEducate customers on product use and maintenance\nTroubleshoot installation-related issues\nSales & Performance\nSupport sales targets and performance metrics\nDemonstrate products and recommend add-ons or accessories\nCollaborate with the team to drive revenue growth\nInventory & Technical Support\nMaintain inventory levels and ensure the sales floor is well stocked\nKeep tools and installation areas organized\nStay informed on new products, promotions, and policies\nIn addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to earn commission and performance-based bonuses tied to realistic and attainable store targets. Our compensation structure is designed to reward both individual contributions and overall store success.
