This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTransactional Purchasing Support Confirm pricing, quantities, dates, and vendor acknowledgements Update supplier delivery dates and order notes accuratelyReporting & Visibility Create PO , Maintain reports on open POs, shortages, late deliveries, and supplier commitments and other administrative Provide daily updates to buyers, planners, and leadership teams Support KPI reporting related to supplier delivery and purchasing executionCross-Functional Coordination Communicate with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning teams to resolve issues Support documentation for new vendors, onboarding, and compliance records Assist with scheduling supplier calls and meetingsRequirementsRequired Qualifications 1-3+ years coordination, purchasing support, customer service, or admin experience Strong Excel, ERP, and data accuracy skills Strong communication and follow-up disciplinePreferred Qualifications Manufacturing or supply chain environment experience preferredBenefits & PerksGTI Energy offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support employees and their families while providing long-term career growth opportunities within a fast-growing manufacturing organization.
