Job Title: Project Manager (Appian) Location: Tysons Corner, VA Duration: Fulltime Position Overview Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee enterprise Appian application development, modernization, operations, and support initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for project execution, resource management, delivery oversight, and stakeholder communication. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project delivery for Appian-based enterprise applications.Manage project schedules, staffing, risks, budgets, and deliverables.Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, QA, database, and technical leadership.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and executive status reporting.Ensure successful delivery of modernization, enhancement, and production support activities.Manage contractual, staffing, and operational activities. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.10+ years of IT project/program management experience.5+ years managing enterprise application development projects.Experience managing Agile software development teams.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience overseeing Appian or BPM platform implementations preferred. Preferred QualificationsPMP Certification.Agile/Scrum Certification.Experience managing Appian application portfolios.
