You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.\r\nWhat You'll DoResearch, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States.\r\nComplete applications for provider credentials, licensure, or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers.\r\nValidate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing, licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy.\r\nInteract with providers and clients over email whenever additional information may be required.\r\nAssist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed.\r\nSummarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for Certify customers.\r\nAssist with other ad hoc projects as needed.\r\nWhat You'll NeedFluency in English.\r\nA bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.\r\nThe ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google.\r\nStrong attention to detail.\r\nHave sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nThe ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.\r\nAt Certify, we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
