If you feel strongly that you have what it takes for this role but don't check 100% of the boxes - that's okay - we encourage you to apply anyway and highlight what you can bring to the table!Your ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage a quota of $1.8M+ in new ARR from enterprise customersProspect, develop, and close strategic enterprise opportunities (typically $250K+ ACV)Navigate complex organizations and multi-thread relationships across business and technical stakeholdersDevelop and execute account plans and territory strategies to grow the pipelineLeverage MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar methodologies to qualify and advance dealsCollaborate with SDRs, SEs, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize the customer journeyAccurately forecast revenue, pipeline health, and deal progression in SalesforceDeliver compelling demos, business cases, and executive presentationsYour Qualifications5–8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS salesProven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotasExperience closing large, complex deals ($250K+ ACV) with long sales cycles (6–12 months)Strong executive presence and ability to sell to C-level buyersSkilled in navigating enterprise procurement, legal, and compliance processesExperience with modern sales tools: Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.Deep familiarity with value-based selling, multi-stakeholder deal management, and solution sellingExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsNice To HavePrior experience in Martech, retail or searchBackground working at Series B–D venture-backed SaaS companiesFormal training in sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SandlerSalary$160,000 - $180,000 base salary + bonusWhat We OfferUnlimited Time Off11 company holidays16 weeks of parental leaveSummer FridaysClassPass SubscriptionTeam building events and initiativesFlexible work policyCommuter benefits401kHealth and Wellness perksWe are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
