As a *PeopleSoft Developer* Contractor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining PeopleSoft applications to support the project team. Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications based on project requirements. Perform system analysis, design, coding, testing, and debugging of PeopleSoft applications. Collaborate with functional analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications. Ensure compliance with established development and quality standards.\n\n*Job Responsibilities*\n\n* Providing high-quality solutions by coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining programs.\n* Developing and modifying moderately complex information systems involving most phases of systems analysis and programming.\n* Analyze, code, test, and document programs and enhancements.\n* Provide program and system-level estimates.\n* Conduct code walkthroughs to assure the quality of programs developed by other associates.\n* Provide system support.\n* Participate in the team’s on-call support rotation.\n\n*Position Requirements:*\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information systems is preferred.\n* 7+ years’ experience with software or application development specifically with PeopleSoft.\n* 7+ years’ experience with SQL or other database querying language on large, multi-table data sets.\n* Experience with integrations between SaaS and on premises COTS applications.\n* Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot (Microservices), Rest Services, Spring JPA, REST, JSON, Junit, Javascript, and XML.\n* Experience and familiarity with Docker, containers, Kubernetes, Microservices, github.\n* Experience in Peoplesoft development - specifically with People code, Application Engine, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, Component Interfaces, PeopleSoftQueries, Trees and Fluid interface, SQR\n* Experience with Java batch and mainframe\n* Experience with Linux and scripting required.\n* Ability to write well-documented code.\n* Familiarity with job scheduling tools (preferred: Autosys).\n* Experience working in an agile and/or Scaled Agile environment.\n* Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.\n* Strong Analytical and technical skills are required.\n* Good communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders.\n\nAgreeYa is a global systems integrator delivering competitive advantage for its customers through software, solutions, and services.
