Manage daily field operations, work sequencing, manpower, and productivityEnforce strict safety standards, quality control, and complianceCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and other tradesDrive schedule adherence and support milestone deliveryReview drawings, specs, and constructability with project leadershipSupport commissioning, testing, and turnover activitiesMentor foremen and field crews to build strong project teams🧰 Qualifications8+ years of experience in Electrical Construction, with Superintendent-level field leadership5+ years of experience leading concurrent electrical projects at $10+ Million.Strong knowledge of power distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, and grounding systemsProven ability to lead large field teams in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication, planning, and coordination skillsProficient with construction documentation and scheduling toolsOSHA 30 required; electrical license preferredWillingness to travel full-time as requiredThis role is ideal for a Superintendent who thrives in the field, understands the complex builds, and is committed to safety, quality, and execution excellence.Candidates must be located within reasonable access to a major airport for travel. 📞 646-396-5018📩 tom.nicholls@metric-search.com
