This role is ideal for a developer who is deeply curious about AI agents and wants to build real, production-grade agentic workflows.Key Responsibilities\r\nDesign and build agentic workflows using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) integrated into Laravel backend servicesDevelop full-stack features across Next.js (frontend) and Laravel PHP (backend)Architect agent orchestration logic: task routing, tool-calling, memory management, and multi-step reasoningBuild and maintain RESTful APIs and webhooks consumed by agent pipelines and frontend clientsImplement SSR, SSG, and App Router patterns in Next.js for optimal UX and performanceCreate intuitive operator-facing dashboards to monitor, manage, and configure agentsIntegrate third-party tools and APIs into agentic workflows (CRMs, communication platforms, data sources)Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviewsCollaborate closely with operations and product teams to translate agent use cases into working systemsRequired Qualifications\r\nFrontend (Next.js & React)\r\n3+ years of professional full-stack development experienceProficiency in React and Next.js including App Router, server components, and TypeScriptComfortable with Tailwind CSS and building clean, functional UIsExperience consuming REST APIs and streaming responses in the frontendStrong experience with Laravel including Eloquent ORM, queues, jobs, and service containers\r\nComfortable with PHP 8.x features and writing clean, maintainable backend codeFamiliarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimisationExperience with Redis for caching and queuingAgentic & AI\r\nHands-on experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)Familiarity with agent patterns: tool-calling, function calling, multi-step reasoning, memoryExperience with prompt engineering and building reliable, structured AI outputsUnderstanding of agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or equivalent) is a plusTooling & Practices\r\nSolid Git workflow and experience with CI/CD pipelinesComfortable with Docker for local developmentFamiliarity with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or DigitalOceanNice to Have\r\nExperience with Inertia.js for Laravel + React integrationPrior work on multi-agent systems or autonomous pipelinesExposure to vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)Experience with streaming UIs and real-time agent output renderingWhat We Offer\r\nCompetitive salary based on experience and locationPerformance-based bonusThis is a full-time position.
