industrial product labeling and packaging\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain labeling solutions for industrial / HVAC products , including primary, secondary, and logistics labels\n\nOwn label artwork development , version control, and change management in line with product and regulatory requirements\n\nStrong hands‑on experience with label design software such as Bartender and CodeSoft\n\nManage label content definition including part numbers, barcodes, QR codes, regulatory symbols, multilingual text, and product information\n\nEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations (ASTM, ISO, customer standards, and regional compliance requirements)\n\nCollaborate closely with product design, quality, manufacturing, procurement, and regulatory teams\n\nSupport NPI / NPD programs by defining labeling requirements during early design stages\n\nDrive cost optimization and VAVE initiatives related to labels and marking solutions\n\nSupport supplier development , RFQs, sourcing, prototyping, validation, and PPAP (where applicable)\n\nResolve manufacturing and field issues related to labeling durability, adhesion, readability, and traceability\n\nDocument labeling specifications, validation reports, and engineering change documentation\n\nRequired Skills & Competencies\n\nStrong expertise in industrial labeling design and implementation\n\nHands‑on experience with:\n\nBartender\n\nCodeSoft\n\nBarcode standards (1D / 2D – Code 128, QR, DataMatrix, etc.)\n\nKnowledge of label materials , adhesives, printing technologies (thermal transfer, direct thermal, laser, inkjet)\n\nUnderstanding of environmental performance (temperature, humidity, chemical resistance, abrasion)\n\nWorking knowledge of packaging and labeling standards (ASTM, ISTA, ISO)\n\nStrong background in mechanical engineering fundamentals\n\nExperience in HVAC or industrial products is highly preferred\n\nProficiency in SAP , MS Office tools , and
