This is a high-impact, \"full-stack\" technical role spanning the entire customer lifecycle - from architecting the initial \"technical win\" in Pre-sales to ensuring long-term value and partnering with sales on expansion opportunities.You aren't just a technical resource; you are a strategic partner. You will bridge the gap between complex web data challenges and business outcomes, working closely with Sales, Product, and R&D to ensure our customers can scale their data collection infrastructure with ease.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Pre-Sales: Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, lead technical discovery with thoughtful whiteboarding sessions, and build sophisticated POCs that demonstrate the unique value of Bright Data’s suite.Architecture & Implementation: Lead technical implementations, working with customer teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into their systems.Retention & Expansion: You will lead regular technical reviews to identify optimization opportunities, uncover new use cases, and transition customers from basic usage to advanced architectural adoption.Voice of the Customer: Act as a critical feedback loop for our Product and Engineering teams.
