Cash Application Specialist

In this role, you will help ensure incoming funds are accurately applied, contracts are activated correctly, and account discrepancies are resolved efficiently to support operational and financial accuracy across the organization.What You'll DoCash Application & ReconciliationApply daily incoming funds accurately across multiple systems and accountsEnsure contracts are processed and activated correctlyProcess funding adjustments, contract exceptions, and compensation adjustments as neededComplete remittances and cancellation chargebacks for dealer statement creditsAccount Resolution & Partner SupportPartner with Billing & Collections teams to resolve account discrepancies and funding issuesSupport communications related to funding compliance and account resolutionRespond professionally to internal and external inquiries regarding account activity and paymentsMaintain accurate documentation and records related to funding activityOperations & Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve operational workflows and efficiencySupport special projects, process enhancements, and system improvementsMaintain knowledge of company systems, products, claims, and financing processesContribute to a high-performing, customer-focused team environmentWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou’ll be successful in this role if you’re highly detail-oriented and enjoy working with financial data, reconciliations, and operational processes.
