If the opportunity to build your career is compelling, read on for more details.\n\nROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nWorking on the AI Software Team across all areas of our global software infrastructure: e-commerce frontend & backend, connected device application integrations, enterprise application integrations, third-party logistics integrations, access controls & regulatory compliance, customer service, and any other supported infrastructure.\nAccountable for development and release to production for all assigned work.\nAccountable for investigation and resolution of production issues in a timely manner.\nAttend regular team meeting cadences to communicate and drive clarity on assigned work and team planning.\nBuild expertise in Ruby, Rails, TypeScript, and NextJS as needed to be a productive member of the team.\nCollaborate with development lead, fellow software engineers, and product managers to deliver assigned work and shaping our future roadmap.\n\nPERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:\n\nA commitment to continuous improvement.\nA history of successfully shipping complex components and web application systems.\nExperience building and designing APIs.\nExperience and deep understanding of web application reliability, performance, scalability, and error handling.\nExperience leading and/or mentoring a team of engineers.\nExpert knowledge or willingness to learn the following technologies:\nHTML/CSS/Javascript\nReact & NextJS\nRuby on Rails\nPostgres\nRedis\nDocker\nAWS + Terraform or Pulumi\nVercel\nMinimum 3 years of experience preferred.\n\nEDUCATION:\n\nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience in Web Application development.\n\nJUUL LABS PERKS & BENEFITS:\n\nA place to grow your career.
