A better future?\r\nJob DescriptionMachine Operator Third Shift 11PM-7AM or 7PM-7AM Guilford Textiles, Pine Grove As a member of the Production team, the Operator will be responsible for keeping the machines in constant operation.\r\nAdvantages of working for Lear at the Pine Grove Plant:\r\nMedical Benefits\r\n401k\r\nAdvancement to leadership\r\nEmployee 24/7 Resource System\r\nEmployee Discounts\r\nYour Qualifications:\r\nHigh school diploma/GED\r\nMust be able to pass Background Check and Drug Screening\r\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for a prolonged amount of time.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nRepairing smashes, lifting/dropping of bars, and removal and re-alignment of guides\r\nPatrolling front of machine using a stoplight\r\nChanging beams on machines\r\nMonitoring the fronts and backs of assigned machines to ensure there are no productivity and quality issues\r\nLifting and dropping of yarn to make proper adjustments on machines\r\nLoading the cones of yarn into the creep for the warping machine to operate\r\nUnloading the creel of partially used cones and repacking the cones into boxes\r\nThreading fabric into the frame machine\r\nOperating the frame machine and visually monitoring the fabric\r\nReview dye order and enter information into computer\r\nScheduling dye lots based on delivery dates and order of importance\r\nMonitoring cycle times on all production machinery\r\nDelivering dye cans/chemical buckets along with dye orders to the correct dye machine\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer Lear Corporation is committed to fair, merit?based employment practices and equal opportunity.
