Position: Internal Audit ManagerLocation: Tulsa, OKEmployment Type: Direct HireSchedule: Monday – Friday (Day Shift)Salary: Starting from $82,742/year + potential sign-on bonus & relocation assistanceJob Overview:The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for leading financial, operational, and compliance audits across the organization. This role focuses on evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, and improving overall business processes. The candidate will also be involved in audit planning, reporting, and team supervision.Key Responsibilities:Conduct operational, financial, and compliance auditsDevelop and implement internal audit plans and strategiesEvaluate internal controls and recommend improvementsTrack audit findings and ensure timely resolutionCollaborate with internal teams and external auditorsOversee sales and use tax recovery processesSupervise and mentor audit staffRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field5+ years of experience in internal audit or public accountingCPA (Certified Public Accountant) OR CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis toolsPreferred:Experience in healthcare industry (not mandatory)Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
