Salary Information For a Basic 30-minute session: $58-$60 per 30 min - with DOH approval $50-$52 per 30 min - without DOH approval For an Extended 60-minute session: $76-$78 per hour - with DOH approval $68-$70 per hour - without DOH approval For an ABA session: $78-$80 per hour - with DOH approval $70-$72 per hour - without DOH approval Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Who are we? Bloomer Health is a therapist and teacher focused Early Intervention agency, that provides in-person services babies and toddlers aged zero to three years old. Our agency uses an innovative, digital platform built by therapists, for therapists, to modernize and reduce time spent on non-clinical tasks (e.g. onboarding, case management, documentation and billing). We are 100% digital for all non-clinical tasks. We actively support the therapist from behind the scenes to ensure smooth delivery of services and, where possible, help save time on case management. Our platform is further integrated into billing which makes it easy to process, and zero additional work for the provider. At Bloomer Health, we support and mentor providers, by being responsive to each therapists’ unique needs. Our ABA Supervisor supports ABA therapists by developing curriculums/tasks for each case and regularly reviewing provider data collection. We use a simple mobile application for easy, paper-free, automatic data collection. We also offer around the clock access to our administrative and technical support teams. You will never feel alone. Provider Responsibilities The ABA provider will be working one on one with developmentally delayed babies and toddlers who qualify for Early Intervention services. Therapists are expected to utilize their knowledge and skills, as well as follow the established curriculum/tasks, to help the child reach their milestones and goals. Providers are also responsible for training families in ABA techniques in order to ensure carryover between sessions. Prescribed sessions are from 3 - 20 hours per week, varying by each case. Flexibility Therapists can create their own schedule and workload based on personal availability and preferences. What qualifies a provider? A Master's degree in Special Education from an accredited university. Valid New York State Teaching Certification: Birth-Grade 2 Students with Disabilities certificate, Teacher of Students with Disabilities, TSSLD or TSHH. At least one (1) year of experience working with children aged 0-5 years and their families (preferred). DOH Approval is great, but not a must. Ability to efficiently set and manage a caseload, process documentation in a timely manner and effectively communicate with families and Bloomer Health personnel.
