Analyzes and provides solutions to complex problems.\nApplies systems acquisition processes, policies, procedures, and practices necessary to develop and assess technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule, and performance.\nResearches, plans, coordinates, and briefs actions in support of leadership’s goal, objectives, and vision.\nWorks with and across executive staffs, joint staffs, commands, and agencies.\nProvides data-driven metrics and analysis to support decision-making for the organization.\nEmploys all aspects of quality project management, including risk management, scheduling and cost control, quality assurance, change management and resource management.\nExercises quality control measures over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule per PWS requirements.\nResponsible for tracking all incoming Contractor personnel and weekly reports to Government customers of status and processing issues.\nExperience and Skills\nRequired Qualifications\nMust have a current TS/SCI and be willing to take a counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination at the Government’s discretion.\nBachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is preferred.\n15 years or more of managing all facets of program management (budget, schedule, quality, and risk).\nAt least five (5) years of experience over the past ten (10) years (two (2) years of experience within the last four (4) years) directly - related to managing or performing responsibilities in personnel security/investigations\nEight (8) years managing in a specialty related to personnel security, which includes scheduling and supervising project personnel\nWorking Conditions:\nAble to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time\nAble to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach\nAble to sit, stand, walk, run\nAble to lift up to 50 pounds\nAdvantage SCI, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer\nAdvantage SCI is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
